This is the foreign currency denominated loan originated by foreign banks and mortgage companies. Swiss Franc and Japanese Yen have lowest discount rates that can be used for foreign real property investments. Even though it fluctuates with foreign exchange rates and government discount rate in each country, it is demonstrated that foreign bank loans lower the monthly payments substantially. The real property for the investment can be located in US, EU, Asia, or many other areas. (20-30% deposit will be required)
